Our lights are leased to you for the Christmas season. We have a 2 year, a 3 year, and a 5 year leasing option.
This gives you the freedom to change the colors between seasons if you want to and takes the stress of having to store Christmas lights between seasons.
If you DID want to purchase and own the lights, let our technician know and we can create a custom purchasing plan for you! -
Commercial lights are brighter, longer lasting, and able to be cut. What this allows us to do is custom fit our display to your home for a much cleaner and sharper look.
We don’t have to worry so much about powering the display because we can make an outlet anywhere on the strand! This also gives us the freedom to let our imagination run wild when designing your dream lighting display.
The last perk of our lights is that each bulb is replaceable. If one goes out, fixing it takes 5 minutes and a ladder. Not just that, this means we can create custom patterns with our strands to really make your home stand out this Christmas.
Residential lights are cheaper and easier to get. Since you can go to Home Depot and buy what you need there, you can get lights up yourself for about $100 and a few hours.
The main cons for Residential lights are the bulbs can’t be replaced. Once a bulb dies, you’ll forever have a gap in your strand (some strands the entire line dies if one bulb goes out).
You also can’t make any cuts, so unless you get super lucky, you’re almost certainly going to have lights laying across your roof when jumping from peak to peak.
Finally, you get what you can buy. If you want a specific color or maybe a custom pattern, unless you can find it in store, you’re out of luck. -
